The Challenge

Schupan has an extensive business presence involving multiple sub-companies within Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois; however, they struggled to find a website model that worked for them. Users found the structure of pages difficult to navigate, and the lack of a mobile-friendly experience added to the design challenge.
