The SPARK team developed a custom app for Volleman’s Family Farm, a vertically integrated dairy farm that bottles milk in returnable glass bottles.
We worked alongside the Vollemans to create and launch a custom driver delivery app to record and track their glass-bottled milk deliveries to over 450 across central Texas. The mobile app also connects to a backend portal for their team to manage and plan future trips for their delivery team. Notably, the app pulls items along with sales orders from their NetSuite ERP to populate in the app, allowing drives to make correct deliveries and provide real-time invoices for their customers.
Overall, the custom mobile app and web portal resulted in a streamlined accounting process, real-time delivery data, and eliminated the need for manual entry of invoices and credits.
