Working closely with Faithful stakeholders to understand short and long-term business needs, SPARK built systematic integrations including dispatch and GPS automation (Verizon Connect) as well as financial dashboards (Quickbooks).
The practical system captures service and product orders from a customer portal, manages order fulfilment, syncs drag-and-drop driver assignments, processes consumer payments at delivery, and alerts employees to specific actions needed to ensure completion of the same-day service.
